Meet The PRINCIPALS

                  Peter Lewandowski
Peter grew up in the Boston area and has been involved in construction and design since his high school years when he started his drafting and design skills.  He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston earning an Associate’s in Applied Science and a Bachelor’s of Architectural Engineering. During college co-op he worked at Boston College in the facilities department, redesigning the lower campus and several buildings while on staff.  After graduation he worked for a Design Build firm doing custom residential homes in the Boston Suburbs and then for a firm in Cambridge working on various residential, retail and master planning projects throughout the country. He has 45 years’ experience in Architecture, Construction, Development and is one of the founding Principals of LR Designs, Inc.

                       James Rissling
Jim grew up in Wisconsin where he knew he wanted to be an architect when a neighbor who was a carpenter taught him how to draw a square and make it appear three dimensional by drawing an offset square and projecting the corners. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and earned his Master’s Degree in Architecture from MIT. He began working after graduating and settled in Cambridge. He has over 30 years of experience in construction and architecture. He has worked in several firms and is a founding Principal of LR Designs, Inc.
